Who We Are
Rhoades is a profit tracking app for rideshare and gig economy drivers. We’re based in Rhode Island and built by a driver, for drivers. Questions? Reach us at hello@rhoades.app.
What We Collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and password. When you use the app we store the data you enter — shifts, trips, gas logs, expenses, and settings like your hourly goal and mileage rate. We do not collect any data you don’t explicitly enter yourself.
What We Don't Collect
We do not track your location. All mileage is calculated from values you enter manually. A future update will offer optional GPS mileage tracking during active shifts only — this will always require your explicit permission and will never run outside of an active shift.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to power your experience in the app — calculating your net profit, tax estimates, and shift history. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information.
We collect your email address to create your account. We may occasionally send product updates or important notices. We will never send spam or sell your email to anyone.
Beta Testers
If you signed up through our beta program, we may follow up at hello@rhoades.app to request feedback. That’s it.
Your Rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the Settings screen in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
